Extracted and cleaned client datasets with SQL and Excel, producing validated datasets and reducing ad-hoc query turnaround from days to same-day. Automated KPI reporting using Power BI and DAX, replacing manual spreadsheet processes and cutting monthly reporting effort by an estimated 75%.

Built an automated ETL pipeline using Supabase Edge Functions and pg_cron to ingest Brevo REST API data, handling pagination and upserts by campaign ID, loading 1,300+ campaigns in 1.5 minutes. Diagnosed and fixed API pagination defect, consolidated historical campaign records, and designed a live Power BI dashboard connected to PostgreSQL with DAX measures.

Analyzed network performance and time-series data with SQL and statistical summaries to detect outages, latency and dropped connections. Monitored incident patterns, conducted root cause analysis, and built customer segmentation and churn models using SQL-driven features.
