I’m a front-end engineering leader with 12+ years building scalable web applications and enterprise design systems. I specialize in JavaScript ecosystems—React, Vue, Stencil, and web components—and I bring the structure of a leader with the craft of a hands-on developer.

In my current role as Practice Area Manager, I serve as a front-end developer across React, Vue, Node, Stencil, Lit web components, and TypeScript while consulting for clients across pharma, hospitality, and government. I manage front-end developers through 1:1s and monthly learning sessions, and I ensure WCAG accessibility compliance through implementation and testing. I also develop and maintain accessible enterprise component design systems, integrating Figma workflows, code connectivity, and syncing design tokens into code.

I’ve also delivered broader platform capabilities—building back-end packages for authentication, APIs, and third-party interaction, plus CLI tools like automatic screenshot utilities, website scaffolding, and site starter kits. From UI development for Indiana state government to internal intranet applications using ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL, I’ve consistently paired technical execution with clear documentation so non-technical audiences can understand the “why” as well as the “how.”
