Sawan Barad

I’m Sawan Barad from Vadodara, Gujarat, currently pursuing a B.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering after completing a diploma in the same field.

My work centers on automation—especially packaging systems and Industrial IoT—supported by projects like an Arduino-based HexaPod pick-and-place robot and a fire-fighting robotic tank.

For experience, I worked as a Jr Engineer at PPAP Automotive Ltd in Advanced Production Engineering and New Product Development, building hands-on understanding of production workflows.

I’m also studying embedded topics through courses like embedded software and hardware architecture, sensors and sensor circuit design, and cyber security and privacy as I work toward specialization in automation engineering and packaging.
