I've built interactive HR Analytics and Blinkit Sales dashboards using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Excel, translating data into KPIs and dynamic reports.
My HR dashboard analyzes employee count, attrition, salary, age, and experience, with slicers for insights by age, gender, education, and job role. For Blinkit sales, I created reporting around total sales, average sales, items sold, customer ratings, outlet types, item categories, and regions.
I've also completed Python internships at InternPe and Big Bucks Innovation Pvt. Ltd., applying core programming concepts and problem-solving to practical tasks and project work. I'm seeking a Data Analyst role where I can support business decision-making through analysis, dashboards, and reporting.
