What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a part-time remote role in data entry, virtual assistance, administrative support, or operations support where I can apply my inventory, procurement, documentation, ERP, and Excel experience with accuracy and timely task completion.

I've supported supply chain operations at OP-SEED Co. (BD) Ltd., a Japanese manufacturing company, managing inventory records, purchase orders, and imported-material documentation.

I reconciled physical stock against MAPS ERP records, checked received products against purchase orders and shipping documents, and reported shortages, abnormalities, and quality issues. I also coordinated with international vendors and monitored orders through delivery.

I'm comfortable preparing reports and data analysis in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, while maintaining accurate purchase, inventory, and documentation records.
