I also develop EB-5 source-of-funds narratives and draft RFE responses that address each ground raised. My work includes preparing and quality-checking USCIS forms and managing filing deadlines and case correspondence.
Previously, at OneWorldImmigration&LawConsultants, I managed and prepared 50+ U.S. employment-based petitions across EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 categories. I also worked as a Legal Associate on international trade, arbitration, business, and immigration matters.
