LebanonI am a dedicated nutrition and dietetics graduate with a strong commitment to public health education and community engagement. My journey began at Beirut Arab University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Throughout my academic career, I have actively participated in various initiatives aimed at promoting health awareness and improving nutritional practices among diverse populations.
Currently, I work as a Mental Math Instructor and Author, where I have authored two original mental math books and facilitated engaging learning sessions for children. My experience as a Young Dr Program Instructor has further honed my ability to develop educational materials and deliver impactful sessions on public health and nutrition for children aged 5-12. I am passionate about creating learner-centric strategies that foster cognitive development and promote healthy habits from a young age.
In addition to my teaching roles, I serve as the Senior Student Representative for the Nutrition Society at my university, where I lead student engagement in academic campaigns and act as a liaison between students and faculty. My involvement in community nutrition initiatives and outreach programs reflects my commitment to making a positive impact in the field of public health.
