Sara Helles

I coordinate productions, events and talent logistics from pre-production through on-site delivery. My work includes location scouting, scheduling, script development, set coordination and live broadcast support.

At DAÜ TV and EMU Campus Radio, I coordinated live feeds in the television control room and supported broadcast and production scheduling. I also worked with cameras, audio and lighting across television, radio and student productions.

As a freelance event coordinator with Guestlist Event Organization, I coordinated venue arrangements and performer requirements with visiting DJs and artists. I supported event preparation, on-site coordination and a university concert.

I wrote, directed and produced the short films Breathe and Roma, managing scripts, locations, schedules, filming, audio, lighting and final delivery. I’m looking to bring this practical production and coordination experience to junior roles in production, events, talent coordination, public relations or social media.
