I’m a motivated, quick-learning retail professional who was recently promoted from cashier to hardgoods assistant to training supervisor. I independently managed the Hardgoods (Home Collection) section in a previous branch, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organization.

As Training supervisor of Light and household textiles (March 2025- March 2026), I’ve led staff training and supervision while keeping my department running smoothly. I oversee stock organization, pricing accuracy, promotions, and product presentation across both showroom and storage areas.

I coordinate with receiving, inventory, and after-sales teams to support transfers, damaged goods, and maintenance or returns. I also track sales performance and resolve barcode and product data issues to protect day-to-day accuracy.

During each expiry cycle, I inspect products across the entire store by monitoring expiry dates using handheld terminals and checking for physical and biological damage. I’m recognized for reliability, precision, and initiative, and I’m eager to continue growing into higher leadership roles.
