At Zapier, I led the end-to-end delivery of an internal Notifications Platform, from vendor discovery through a production integration bridge.

I enabled product teams to ship customer-facing transactional notifications in under a day, replacing a fragmented team-by-team approach. I also delivered full-stack products and enterprise platforms using Next.js, Node.js, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

I led a migration away from a legacy AWS Lambda authorizer, removing infrastructure responsible for 90% of my team's incidents and reducing request latency by roughly 20%.
