At BOTERO HOMES LLC., I work on custom residential projects, collaborating with clients to select sustainable materials and finishes. I verify technical drawings against architectural specifications and prepare construction documents using Revit and CAD.
I also facilitate weekly project meetings with engineers, contractors, and vendors to align on design specifications and timelines. During site visits, I monitor construction progress, verify dimensions, and help resolve on-site issues.
Previously, I created residential and commercial layouts at KS DESIGN and contributed to sustainable design-build work at SACRED GROVES, including a bamboo-framed workshop structure. At ARCLAIN DESIGN STUDIO, I led design development and coordination for commercial interiors, including QSR projects.
