What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a finance and billing operations role where I can manage invoicing, reconciliations, collections, vendor payments, and accurate financial records while continuing to grow my accounting systems knowledge.

At Escon Elevators Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, I prepare statutory accounts, reconcile banks, and maintain accurate ledgers in Tally Prime.

I generate tax invoices for AMC, repairs, MOD, and installation projects, along with proforma and e-invoices for private and government clients. I also support key-account billing through milestone-based invoicing and recovery of long-pending dues.

I manage contractor work orders, bill booking, approvals, vendor and utility payments, sales orders, dispatch verification, and bank guarantee tracking. I follow up on collections and resolve bounced cheque, untraced NEFT, and TDS discrepancies to keep cash-flow records accurate.

I work across Tally Prime, SAP FICO, and Zoho Books, with practical knowledge of GST, TDS, MIS reporting, audit support, petty cash, and interdepartmental reconciliations.
