At DuploCloud, I own the Kubernetes platform on AWS EKS and authored reusable Terraform modules for cluster provisioning, IAM, VPC networking, and shared services. I also built observability dashboards and SLOs with Datadog, routing alerts into PagerDuty.
I’ve operated Kubernetes platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including the Exstream PowerDocs SaaS platform at OpenText. At Innominds Software Private, I automated PCI-DSS audit tasks and built Python tools for operational workflows; today, I use Claude and other LLMs for Terraform refactoring, incident triage, log analysis, and runbook generation.
