At DXC Technology, I run identity and access management controls for Nissan Motor Co., including access reviews, leaver revocation, and Mainframe privileged access reviews. This work supports ISO 27001 Annex A controls, and we had zero external audit exceptions in 2024–2026.

I own monthly and quarterly controls, prepare audit evidence with internal auditors, and review Active Directory and Mainframe access. I also closed a control gap by extending leaver checks to contractors, and investigated a failing ServiceNow-to-Mainframe disablement control that was later fixed.

I specified a Power Automate workflow that reduced email-ticket creation from 2–3 minutes to 30 seconds, saving 2.5–4 hours a week. I’m looking to bring my control and audit evidence experience to an ISO 27001 compliance or access governance team.
