At Relatech, I’m the technical reference for network and security in the Pre-Sales team, following opportunities from the first customer conversation through handover to support. I designed a Fortinet network transformation for a retail and wholesale group, connecting 150 stores and 40 warehouses to on-premise and Azure datacenters with resilient SD-WAN, centralized Wi-Fi, and ZTNA.
Previously, at Venticento S.r.l., I led three network engineers supporting customers around the world and reorganized team procedures, helping reduce tickets and speed up resolutions. I’ve also designed LAN and SD-WAN networks, supported pre-sales and delivery, and worked on infrastructure and security projects for customers in sectors including automotive, logistics, healthcare, and luxury apparel.
