At Capgemini, I was a core engineer on the GenAI features of the Unilever Food Solutions chatbot, live in 10+ countries. I worked with client stakeholders from discovery through production, and the solution was recognised by Microsoft as a real-world Azure and Azure OpenAI deployment.
I led a zero-downtime migration of the production chatbot from Prompt Flow to Semantic Kernel and built a RAG API for enterprise restaurant data. I also developed menu-ingestion parsers and delivered agentic AI projects spanning guarded RAG, meeting summaries, and automated code-fix verification.
