I started my career as a Business System Analyst, where I worked closely with clients to understand workflows, document requirements, and support application development. I then moved into a BI-focused role, working with Hindustan Unilever through a consulting firm, where I developed dashboards in Power BI and Domo to support market performance tracking across multiple product categories and regions.

Currently, I work with Optum (UnitedHealth Group), where I manage end-to-end reporting for digital healthcare platforms. My work involves building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, integrating data from sources like Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Adobe Analytics, and ensuring data accuracy through structured validation and QA processes. I have also contributed to ETL monitoring improvements by developing dashboards that automated manual tracking efforts, saving significant time for the team. Additionally, I support forecasting and performance analysis by combining historical data with business inputs to provide actionable insights.

My core strengths include Power BI (DAX, data modeling), Domo (Magic ETL, Beast Mode), SQL, and dashboard design, along with a strong focus on data quality and usability.
