At Microsoft, I deliver security and reliability servicing updates for Windows and .NET platforms reaching more than one billion customers worldwide. I lead monthly releases from patch authoring through production sign-off and shipped the team’s first .NET Framework security release through DCAT.
I eliminate release toil by building automation, including a DCAT JSON Generator that removed 10+ manual submission files per release cycle and validation workflows that reduced work from hours to minutes. I’ve also modernized KB publishing, GitHub-based authoring, PatchInfo tooling, and secure publishing through Entra ID, Key Vault, PME, and SAW-compliant workflows.
Earlier, I improved Power BI services and Bing Maps, Geocoding, and Bing Relevance platforms using C#, .NET, Azure, SQL Server, Cosmos, and SCOPE. I’m passionate about applying Semantic Kernel and Azure AI Foundry to reduce engineering toil and improve release productivity.

Delivered security and reliability servicing updates for a platform serving 1B+ Windows / .NET customers worldwide, leading end-to-end execution of multiple monthly releases from patch authoring through production sign-off. Built automation and modernized publishing infrastructure, including the first-ever .NET Framework security release through DCAT.
Developed and maintained indexing services and BingGC tooling for the Bing Maps and Geocoding platform. Authored SCOPE scripts for large-scale data mining and analysis over Cosmos.
Built an internal tool enabling Bing developers to submit experiments and compare scrape-result scores of treatment versions against a baseline. Created Azure web services and monitored Azure Service Bus queues, and performed web-page scraping with new parsers.
