At NEOM, I led operational workflows and ServiceNow requests, supported cross-functional issue resolution, and managed a live risk register covering 50+ risks across project phases.
I also controlled monthly budget accruals in SAP S/4HANA for a contract portfolio valued at up to SAR 35 million, and reviewed contractor invoices and change orders in SAP Ariba. I prepared governance packs and tracked directives through to closure.
Previously, at WSP, I supported operational delivery across development workstreams and prepared performance reports for executive leadership. In the UK, I supported HR administration at Holmes Estates and Sara Coopers Ltd, and managed office operations at Tehxeeb London.
