I built a WhatsApp-integrated conversational AI agent that uses OpenAI's API to respond to customer queries with relevant business information. Its RAG pipeline retrieves content with FAISS, while FastAPI services and LLM tool-calling query PostgreSQL for customer records and availability.
At ABH Tech Solutions LLP, I built the company's production website and collaborated on backend logic for Hopstay, a location-based platform for finding nearby PGs and hostels. I also wrote SQL queries and REST API connections so users could filter listings by proximity, availability, and price.
