I improve scholarly publishing operations through CrossRef, DOI, ORCID, institutional identifier, EPUB, and RSS integrations. I also deliver monthly web analytics reports and recommendations that support platform improvements, audience outreach, and faster publication workflows.

I’ve modernized legacy publishing infrastructure, optimized database queries and asset loading for mobile HTML5 sites, and established quality assurance and automated testing practices. I use ChatGPT and Claude in editorial and development workflows and apply video editing to strengthen digital storytelling.
