At Digitide Solutions Ltd., I worked on SAP CPI integrations for Harbour Energy, supporting development, testing, and production readiness. I gathered requirements with client and internal business teams and contributed to integration solution design.
I designed and developed iFlows using adapters including OData, HTTP/HTTPS, SOAP, RFC, JMS, FTP, SFTP, Mail, and ProcessDirect. I built integration logic with message mapping, Content Modifier, routing, and exception handling components.
I implemented XML and JSON transformations, used Groovy scripts for custom processing, and supported CSV/XML conversion scenarios. I also maintained OAuth credentials and security material and checked certificate expiry.
I monitored message processing and deployed artifacts, investigated failed messages, and supported internal testing, SIT, UAT, go-live, and production cutover. Earlier, at Au Technology, I used ServiceNow for ticket logging, tracking, updates, and support-request coordination.
