What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mid-level Accounting/Finance role where I can own AR/AP reporting, reconciliations, petty cash controls, and audit-ready documentation, while contributing to continuous process improvements in a disciplined team.

I’m an accounting and finance professional focused on delivering reliable day-to-day and monthly financial reporting through disciplined ERP work. In my current Account Executive role at Fresh Accounting Hongkong, I supervise income and expense recording, manage inter-company transactions, and prepare AR/AP movement and aging reporting, along with routine journals.

I’m also strong in controls and audit readiness: I regularly review unallocated or unidentified receipts, verify and approve petty cash reports, and complete ledger reconciliations. I support internal and external audit needs by preparing necessary documents for year-end and interim audit functions, while producing MIS reports and contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes and service levels.

Earlier, as a Senior Finance Executive and Finance Officer, I handled contingent funds, VAT/TDS and tax planning, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, customer accounts, and budgeting and financial control. I’ve led and supervised junior staff (including a team of 5), and I’m committed to hard work and dedication while helping my teams maintain accuracy, accountability, and strong financial hygiene.
