At Orange SA, I built a quarterly operator–application panel across 35 countries and used causal econometrics to study how OTT engagement affects revenue per connection and CapEx. This research became my sole-authored article in Telecommunications Policy.
I also analyzed competition, investment incentives and broadband regulation, and drafted Orange’s response to an ARCEP consultation on public-initiative networks. At Télécom Paris, I developed a model of telecom–OTT substitution using a 29-country panel.
My research focuses on digital infrastructure, telecommunications economics, competition and regulation. I’m a PhD candidate in Industrial Economics and received the 2026 ITS Rising Stars in Research Award.
