At Segula Technologies Tunisia, I analyzed and monitored financial documents, contributed to monthly reporting, and processed and verified invoicing documents against closing deadlines. I also supported cash flow management and used Sage 100X for financial data entry, tracking, and analysis.
For my final-year project, I studied how Sage ERP implementation affected the organization of Segula Technologies Tunisia’s Finance Department. I observed the setup and use of the system, analyzed questionnaire results, and proposed recommendations including monitoring dashboards and a training and communication plan.
At BTK’s Bardo Branch, I learned day-to-day banking operations and handled client files and administrative tasks while following compliance and internal control procedures. I also completed hands-on Cegid Retail projects in sales and point-of-sale management.
