At Chicken Salad Chick, I built a recurring invoice tracker from Dynamics GP invoice history to speed up the AP close and catch missing invoices at month-end. I also assisted with an AP subledger reconciliation ahead of an upcoming financial audit.
During busy season at Hopkins & Hopkins Tax & Accounting, I prepared 50+ individual tax returns and kept monthly books for six small business clients. I’m currently studying for the CPA exam (FAR, Becker) and built LedgerPilot AI, an AI bookkeeping prototype with transaction categorization and a reconciliation workflow.
