At Flagstar Bank, I owned QA and automation strategy for real-time payments, Okta SSO/MFA, Salesforce Service Cloud, mortgage servicing, and an on-premises-to-AWS migration. I built Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG frameworks and integrated regression and API suites into Jenkins and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Previously at IBM, I built reusable mobile automation frameworks with Perfecto, Appium, TestNG, and Page Object Model, while leading testing for Ahold Delhaize, Santander, and Medtronic health applications. I enjoy embedding quality across the SDLC, mentoring automation engineers, and improving release confidence through API, performance, accessibility, and security-adjacent testing.
