At Five Frogs Technologies, I lead user research for logistics and trucking workflows, translating SME and manager insights into user requirements, design decisions, and consistent product experiences. I also build and maintain design systems and component libraries that speed delivery across products.
Previously at CaaStle, I partnered with UX teams on research and platform POCs while building scalable React components for affiliate, storefront, and women’s e-commerce products. Across 10+ years in UX design and front-end development, I’ve turned complex workflows into responsive, user-centric interfaces.
