Provide comprehensive gynecological and obstetrical care, including routine and specialized visits such as well-woman exams, birth control, fertility consultations, perimenopause/menopause management, abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, and prenatal/postpartum care. Perform procedures such as colposcopies with a focus on patient education and comfort.

Provide gynecologic care including routine annual visits and STI screening and treatment. Manage complex conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, and recurrent infections, and deliver prenatal/postpartum obstetrical care, family planning (including IUD insertion), and menopause management with post-op surveillance.

Serve as a senior clinical team member at a student-run primary care clinic partnering with Yale University to provide uninsured adults access to free comprehensive health care. Provide clinical experiences including annuals, fertility and family planning, diabetes and hypertension management, and care for abuse and IPV victims.

Provide women’s health care across the lifespan, focusing on reproductive health, prenatal care, family planning, and menopause management. Use electronic records for messaging, appointment scheduling, documentation, and referrals, and administer birth control and vaccinations.

Administer IM injections to patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics and newborns. Provide patient education on reaction-site information and side effects, and monitor for adverse reactions.

Gain experience in urogynecological disorders, including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and overactive bladder syndrome. Conduct new patient evaluations and exams and perform tasks such as pessary cleaning, including exposure to complementary therapies such as neurostimulation biofeedback.

Provide primary and specialty care for patients with complex conditions including HIV and viral hepatitis. Support HIV/STI management including pre- and post-exposure prophylaxis of HIV, as well as primary care for diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia and conduct anal pap smears.

Assist and monitor patients in the recovery room following surgical abortions, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and providing verbal and written aftercare instructions. Manage and supply contraception orders, including Depo-Provera and oral contraceptives, and provide compassionate, non-judgmental counseling.

Provide primary care and sexual and reproductive health management for undergraduate and graduate student populations, including an international population. Experience includes administration of cryotherapy and management of vulvar dermatological conditions such as lichen planus and sclerosis.

Train to lead comprehensive, interactive sexual health workshops for Connecticut high schoolers. Educate students on STI prevention, contraception, bystander intervention, effective communication techniques, and how to access sexual healthcare.

Provide emotional, physical, and informational support to clients before, during, and after medication or surgical abortions across multiple clinics in southern and central Connecticut. Adapt support during the COVID-19 pandemic by using technological mediums to continue assisting patients.

Support research and audience engagement efforts for a women’s health-focused Webby award-winning podcast. Conduct research to source women’s health case studies and subjects, assist with interviewing medical experts, and create online forums to engage with the audience and route health-related inquiries to partnered clinicians.

Completed an MSN with a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner specialty at Yale University School of Nursing, graduating in May 2024.

Completed a Nursing Certificate through the GEPN program at Yale University School of Nursing, finishing in June 2022.

Earned a BA through the Gender Studies / Science in Society program at Wesleyan University, graduating in May 2021.
