At Writer Information Services, I manage India and international MIS, including BU-wise and function-wise reporting for management review. I prepare monthly, Flash and Final P&L reports with trend, movement and variance analysis.
I also prepare cash flow reports and projections, debtors ageing analysis, and MIS provisions to support working-capital monitoring and increment planning. My reporting work includes board and management presentations on financial performance and business insights.
At Grrowwide Advisory Pvt. Ltd., I handled MIS, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow, P&L and balance sheet analysis for CFO / Virtual CFO engagements. I also supported AP/AR, tax and audit work, and worked on MIS revamp/linkages for Gigi & Scarlett.
Earlier, I managed finance and accounts activities at Zipgrid, including forecasts, cash flow projections and reconciliations. At Gaiea Consulting LLP and S.K. Jain & Co., I supported transfer pricing reports, financial statements, compliance, reconciliations and accounting work.
