I’m a data-driven Supply Chain & Operations Engineer focused on optimizing logistics networks, enhancing manufacturing capacity, and resolving operational bottlenecks with advanced analytics.

In my recent internship, I engineered a 3-layer Quality & Compliance framework and built an automated rule-based scanner using Google Apps Script, contributing to a 30% reduction in counterfeit marketplace listing approvals. I also used SQL and analytics to investigate top traffic keywords, stabilizing Daily Run Rate (DRR) and addressing critical search index metadata gaps.

Earlier, as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in Maintenance Operations, I strengthened equipment reliability through condition-based maintenance and daily Poka-Yoke quality audits. I tackled complex bottlenecks using Lean methods and 5-Why RCA on breakdown logs and production loss reports, while tracking and visualizing key factory-floor KPIs for capacity planning and continuous improvement.

My projects connect operations research to real outcomes: I built a last-mile routing model solving TSP with a Genetic Algorithm to improve delivery routing, optimized job-shop scheduling with Simulated Annealing to reduce makespan (2,272 to 678) and raise machine utilization (to 84.04%), and applied Taguchi + SPC using MINITAB and VMM to reduce critical defects.
