What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into an MIS Executive or reporting role where I can use Advanced Excel, data validation, reporting, reconciliation, and growing Power BI skills to improve operational accuracy and decision-making.

I've spent 9+ years at Indian Bank (erstwhile Allahabad Bank), preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports while validating data, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate banking records.

I managed retail banking operations, compliance documentation, reconciliation, audits, and high-volume transactions, while supervising a four-person team. I'm strengthening Advanced Excel, AI-assisted productivity, and Power BI to move into an MIS Executive and reporting role.
