Rohan Gaikwad

I’m a mechanical engineering graduate with a Railway Engineering diploma, focused on using practical engineering skills to improve real-world infrastructure and day-to-day operations. I’m motivated by an environment that helps me succeed and grow professionally.

I’ve trained through hands-on experiences, including a 6-month apprentice completion at a Royal Enfield showroom in Barshi and a workshop on “accurate Gauging and Instruments” (Pvt.Ltd., Pune). I also gained experience as a Class Placement Coordinator with the training and placement team for a year.

In addition, I’m set to work as a Tulip Intern Engineer at Pune Municipal Corporation as an Assistant to Junior Engineer, where I can apply engineering fundamentals to support municipal work and contribute to ongoing projects. I’ve also pursued internship selections such as DRDO Nashik and Kolhapur Municipal Cop.

My project work includes “Automated Footbridge Across Platform at Railway Station,” aiming to streamline platform traversal and enhance passenger experience while optimizing station operations. I bring structured problem-solving, strong soft skills from TCS ION’s course, and a growing cybersecurity foundation from a MasterCard/Forage job simulation course.
