What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a diesel plant/heavy equipment role where I can deliver safe, quality repairs and preventative maintenance, using CAT ET/SIS diagnostics. I want challenging field and workshop work, clear job planning, and opportunities to keep improving my problem-solving skills.

I am an experienced Diesel Plant Fitter with 4 years of hands-on expertise maintaining and repairing a wider range of Caterpillar (CAT), SEM and Hyster heavy machinery. I have a proven track record working with leading CAT dealerships such as Barzman and Barloworld Equipment, and I am apprenticeship trained.

I am skilled in diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, and routine maintenance on dump trucks, excavators, dozers, and loaders. I use CAT ET and SIS systems to troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical, powertrain, and other systems, and I interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic data to pinpoint issues accurately. I perform preventative maintenance, overhaul engines, transmissions, final drives, hydraulic cylinders, torque converters and other major components, and I deliver safe, quality workmanship in both team-based and independent environments—including remote on-site repair and diagnostics at mine sites and customer locations.
