At HSBC, I developed a real-time Consent Management System for one-off and recurring payments, and implemented YAML-based GCP Cloud Workflows to orchestrate backend processes.
I consumed GCP Pub/Sub events to store mandate details in MongoDB and integrated the PICS service for real-time mandate status updates. I also worked on SEPA Verification of Payment, validating beneficiary information from the PDP system for display on the HSBCNET portal.
For HSBCNet, I created an API to generate MT103 payment descriptions and developed tracking for cross-border SWIFT transactions using UETR or debit-account searches. I integrated TDS and ODS to retrieve and validate payment details.
On the Wallet Management project, I developed wallet creation and transfer functionality, implemented Kafka for asynchronous processing, and configured Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring. I also incorporated the SonarQube extension in Jenkins to set up the project’s quality gate.
