At Sakra World Hospital, I assess and manage stroke, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury cases across ICU and neurology wards. I interpret neuroimaging and clinical diagnostics to guide rehabilitation planning.

I document functional assessments, treatment progressions, and outcome scores in electronic medical records, supporting data integrity for multidisciplinary reviews. I use standardized measures including FIM, NIHSS, and ASIA to track recovery milestones.

During physiotherapy internships at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital Jaipur and Dr Chaubey’s Physiotherapy, I reviewed patient histories, MRI and CT scans, laboratory summaries, and treatment outcomes. I maintained compliant medical notes and managed patient-flow documentation during solo shifts.

I bring research experience in AI-powered wearable exoskeletons, exercise interventions, and postpartum depression, including a Scopus- and Cosmos-indexed journal publication and a published patent for the Prognorehab lower-limb rehabilitation assistive device. I’m seeking to apply my clinical insight to rigorous medical data review and protocol compliance.
