At Bain I overhauled a global data compliance audit, halving lifecycle time, built OpenAI-powered automation to generate personalized product reports, and refactored legacy workflows to dramatically reduce manual effort. I’ve also designed GenAI product features and prioritized roadmaps to target measurable revenue and engagement gains.
