I'm looking for permanent, interim or fractional finance leadership work where I can strengthen financial control, build forecasts and cashflow models, improve reporting, and help owners or boards make better commercial decisions.

I've built and led the finance function at Reachable Recruitment from start-up to £2m turnover, owning budgets, rolling forecasts, cashflow, management accounts and board-level reporting.
