What I'm looking for

I'm pursuing MSc/LLM pathways in Artificial Intelligence and Law, focused on digital governance and algorithmic compliance. I'm also interested in corporate governance and institutional financial risk mitigation.

As an Independent Legal Consultant, I evaluated equity incentive agreements for an international technology firm and identified structural risks, including maturity limits and continuous-service triggers. I also mapped Pakistani tax and foreign-exchange rules into a cross-border compliance roadmap.

I use generative AI systems as a drafting and analytical pilot, with human validation and jurisdictional compliance checks. My work translates technical liabilities into negotiation strategy and supports client liquidity planning.

At RS CORPORATE ADVISORY, I analyzed cross-border compliance and curated Section 22 securities-law precedents to support corporate defense. I also researched competition-law allegations and assisted with an unpublished manuscript on financial instruments and portfolio construction.
