At Group 4 Design, I helped manage architectural projects from concept through construction administration. I coordinated scope, schedules, and deliverables with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
I produced and organized construction documents, checking that drawings and specifications met project requirements, applicable codes, and quality standards. I also reviewed consultant documentation to create coherent drawing sets.
At MSA Architects, I collaborated on pre-design and schematic design for multi-residential communities, mixed-use buildings, and senior living facilities. I undertook responsibility for deliverables for site plan submittals across over 50 projects and researched land development codes for dozens of cities.
At TJJA Architecture, I contributed to construction documentation for over 15 building plans in Miami-Dade County. I developed over five Revit 3D models used for CDs and details, and worked on over 20 renderings for client and city presentations.
