I’m looking for an AML-focused role where I can monitor transactions, verify identities for KYC/CDD/EDD, and escalate risk signals with high-quality reporting—working in a team that values compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

I’m an AML Rightsource LLC Associate Analyst focused on protecting clients and institutions by identifying suspicious activity early and documenting findings clearly. I combine strong attention to detail with a compliance-first mindset and a steady commitment to quality.

In my current role, I evaluate and monitor transactional activity to identify potential suspicious activity. I verify client identities and assess relationships for Know your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), interpret client-operating policies, and escalate red flags related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and sanctions violations.

Before AML, I built experience in helping and coordinating complex client needs as a Community Psychiatric Support Case Manager and Youth Liaison Counselor/Targeted Case Manager. I conducted intake/assessment, developed case plans, coordinated services with teams and supervisors, and ensured accurate data entry using Microsoft systems.

I also bring administrative and operational grounding from earlier work with the City of Wichita Police Department warrant office and from owning and operating a business as an Owner-operator (Class A CDL). Across roles, I prioritize adherence to procedures and federal/state requirements while maintaining strong production and quality standards.
