At Arsene, I advise on buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, acquisition and disposal structuring, corporate tax management, and intra-group restructurings. I also work on management compensation, employee incentive schemes, and claims for French withholding tax refunds.
Previously, at Air Liquide SA, I supported French and international taxation, tax consolidation, VAT, local taxes, restructurings, shareholder taxation, and MENA tax matters. I bring additional finance and restructuring experience from DLA Piper, including LBO financing documentation and drawdown processes.
