At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I validated REST API and GraphQL responses for the SMB Wireless SSP Replacement project, connecting requirements to test execution across frontend and backend integration points. My contributions to the Contentful CMS integration and GraphQL implementation earned me a Best Performer Award.

I executed functional, integration, and regression tests across application releases, documenting evidence and reviewing requirements for testability gaps. I also tracked defects in Jira, retested fixes, and verified production issues through root cause analysis.

Working in an Agile/Scrum environment, I supported sprint planning and test estimation and partnered with developers and global stakeholders to resolve application issues ahead of release. I also used Git and GitHub for version control across modular, reusable components.

As an intern at Acme Infotek, I developed and tested a Doctor Appointment System with registration, booking, doctor availability, and billing workflows. I designed MySQL database structures, optimized queries, and tested responsive interfaces across devices and browsers.
