Raymond Rwotber

I am a civil and environmental engineering graduate with hands-on experience in site supervision, structural detailing, and systems installation. I have supported multiple real-world projects through internships and short-term site leadership roles.

My practical work includes supervising installation of ICT, fire safety, access control and CCTV systems, performing structural detailing and rebar scheduling, and updating architectural and structural drawings under engineering supervision. I have contributed to accuracy improvements and material waste reductions on projects.

I hold a BSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering and have completed certifications and workshops including Google Project Management, earthquake engineering, and modern construction topics. I am proficient with AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, ETABS, Microsoft Project, Word and Excel, and emphasize safety, quality assurance and clear technical reporting.

I am a collaborative team player and student member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers, eager to apply analytical, communication and leadership skills to deliver safe, efficient infrastructure solutions.
