What I'm looking for

I'm seeking internship opportunities in data analytics, business analytics, and related analytical functions.

At G NET Technologies, I cleaned, validated, and analyzed distributor and customer datasets to improve data accuracy and reporting quality. I also analyzed support-ticket data for recurring issues and workload trends.

I built a live Power BI dashboard to monitor customer activity, support tickets, KPIs, and potential churn indicators, using Excel, SQL, Python, and Power Query for analysis and reporting.

At Leroc CX Tech Ltd, I analyzed operational and customer data, including footfall, event, campaign, and product data, to identify trends and performance indicators. In my projects, I used the Open Charge Map API for EV charging station analysis and developed dashboards for market intelligence and risk analytics.
