At Tata Consultancy Services, I build and maintain ASP.NET Web API services integrated with Azure API Management for production workloads.
I develop Dynamics 365 CRM plugins, custom workflows, Cloud Flows, and JavaScript customizations that enforce business logic, automate cross-system work, and support quote ownership workflows with audit trails and permission checks.
I also engineered a zero-additional-infrastructure-cost bulk attachment download feature that creates, streams, and cleans up ZIP files from temporary server storage after Blob Storage and WebJobs costs were declined.
Outside client work, I architected an open-source-ready MCP hybrid-search engine in Spring Boot, with pluggable PostgreSQL and MySQL adapters, semantic and full-text search, evaluation metrics, caching, retries, and scalability analysis across 10 million rows.
