At Avenue Supermarts Limited, I support warehouse receiving operations by creating GRNs in SAP against purchase orders and invoices.
I verify received materials against POs, invoices, and delivery challans, checking quantity, batch, expiry, and damage. I report shortages, excesses, damages, and mismatches while maintaining accurate receiving reports and system records.
I coordinate with vendors, transporters, QC, and warehouse teams to keep inward operations running smoothly. I also support inventory updates, stock reconciliation, documentation, and FIFO/FEFO-compliant put-away.
I bring a detail-oriented, analytical approach to loading, receiving, inventory management, and process improvement, using advanced Excel tools to prepare reports and support operational decisions.
