At Randstad supporting NVIDIA, I reviewed and annotated text, image, video, and other AI training data against project policies and quality standards. I also evaluated AI/LLM responses for instruction following, safety, refusal behavior, disclaimers, appropriateness, and rubric alignment.
I strengthen dataset quality through annotation QA, video object tracking, 2D/3D annotation, privacy and PII labeling, calibration, and escalation of ambiguous cases. I bring evidence-based decision-making, careful policy adherence, and clear English communication to high-volume, changing workflows.
