I'm looking for AI Engineer or Voice AI roles in Mumbai, Nashik, Pune, or remotely. I'm available to join immediately.

At The BAAP Company, I built production AI systems for rural Maharashtra, including voice agents that talk with callers in Hindi, Marathi and English over ordinary phone lines.

I designed and shipped a multilingual Voice-on-Call platform with Pipecat, Sarvam, Gemini, Deepgram and Twilio. It handled 500+ concurrent calls with 99% uptime and sub-second latency, while reducing manual call-centre work by 60%.

I also built RAG chatbots over municipal knowledge bases, supporting 5,000+ daily citizen interactions, and an AI calling platform with campaigns, call tracking and CRM integrations. Working with real phone audio taught me to account for interruptions, background noise and callers switching languages mid-sentence.

After more than three years building the company's AI platforms, I became Head of AI and owned architecture and product decisions across production platforms. I also helped a US-based firm adopt AI and build an AI-assisted regression-testing accelerator.
