Senior Data Scientist at Sanofi building agentic AI for scientific protocol drafting; the application has saved $6M in costs.
What I'm looking for
At Sanofi, I built a cost-efficient, low-latency agentic AI backend for GenAir MSAT, an application that drafts scientific protocols for manufacturing and supply chain. It supports document question answering, chart plotting, statistical analysis, image extraction, and summarization; the application has saved $6M in costs.
I also built scalable document pipelines that extract content from formats including PDF, DOCX, JSON, and Excel, then prepare it for RAG-based querying. Context compression, prompt caching, and model routing improved context management and token consumption.
Previously, at Bloom Energy, I developed machine-learning models and algorithms for fuel-cell performance, including a production regression model to predict peak core temperature and a clustering algorithm for identifying poorly performing fuel cells. I received Bloom Energy's Invention Award for an unsupervised PIP recommender algorithm.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Developed GenAI applications for scientific protocol drafting, reducing drafting time from weeks to hours and saving $6M in costs. Built scalable data loader pipelines and agentic architectures for document querying and analysis.
Built advanced NLP-based search APIs with vector semantic search and ranking capabilities. Developed large-scale data curation pipelines using semi-supervised ML models and Airflow.
Filed a patent for an unsupervised clustering algorithm to identify poorly performing fuel cells. Developed regression, clustering, sequence-to-sequence, and survival models to improve fuel cell performance and reliability.
